KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Dr. Naveed Anwar is a structural engineer and academician, currently the CEO of CSI Bangkok (an affiliate of Computers and Structuures Inc (CSI), USA) and an Adjunct Faculty in Structural Engineering at the School of Engineering and Technology of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand. In over 40 years of professional engagement, Dr. Anwar has had the unique opportunity to work in a vast spectrum of the Civil/Structural Engineering knowledge cycle in the teaching of graduate programs, post-graduate research supervision, publications, development of software tools and technologies for application, training and capacity building of professional engineers, and direct engagement in hundreds of international projects, all of which fed back into the teaching, research, and development. All of this is done in a truly international setting, spanning over twenty countries, under the umbrella of one of the top international universities, and in collaboration with one of the world's leading structural engineering software development companies.
Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emre Bayraktar is a Director and Professor School of Construction and Design, University of Southern Mississippi, USA. He has over 20 years' experience in research and academia. Management and optimization of infrastructure projects; mega transportation projects; use of renewable energy in infrastructure projects; project risk management and decision support systems; innovative contracting techniques and project finance etc. He has published more than 27 journal papers, several conference proceedings papers and industrial reports. He has worked on 15 international funded projects in USA, and Turkey.

The conference will follow double-blind peer review process. once a paper is submitted, the editor will identify potential peer reviewers with expertise from the TECH-IEM international committee. Moreover, the similarity % will be found through acceptable overall similarity index will be less than 19%, with no single citation of more than 5%. These peer reviewers will thoroughly evaluate the manuscripts, providing valuable feedback which can result acceptance, major revisions, minor revisions or rejection of the submitted manuscript.
